Mobile Services FAQ

Where can you provide mobile IV services?

Pretty much anywhere that’s safe, clean, and appropriate for medical services. Homes, offices, hotels, vacation rentals, workplaces, event venues, and even poolside (as long as you’re not actually in the pool) are all fair game.

Will you come to my house?

Absolutely! That’s the beauty of mobile IV hydration—we bring the drip to you.

Are there places you won’t go?

We’re adventurous, but not that adventurous. We reserve the right to decline service if a location is unsafe, unsanitary, or unsuitable for providing medical services. This includes (but isn’t limited to):

*Significant pest infestations

* Excessive animal waste

* Unsafe situations or environments

* Illegal activity

* Threatening behavior

* Any environment where the safety of our staff or clients could be compromised

What if my house is messy?

No worries. We are medical professionals, not housekeeping inspectors.

Dishes in the sink? Fine.

Laundry on the couch? Fine.

Amazon boxes breeding in the corner? Also fine.

We simply need a reasonably clean, safe space to sit, place our supplies, and provide your treatment.

What about pets?

We LOVE animals. Dogs, cats, and the occasional judgmental parrot are usually welcome visitors. However, if your pet believes its life mission is to protect you from strangers carrying IV bags, we’ll need them secured during the appointment. For everyone’s safety, aggressive, anxious, or overly enthusiastic pets should be kept separate while we’re treating you.

Can you treat me outside?

Sometimes! Florida weather likes to keep us guessing, but patios, lanais, pool decks, and outdoor event spaces may work if conditions are safe and comfortable for both you and your nurse.

Do you carry personal safety equipment?

Yes. The safety of our staff and clients comes first. Team members may carry personal safety devices and reserve the right to leave or cancel an appointment if they feel unsafe for any reason.

Can my appointment be canceled when you arrive?

In rare cases, yes. If we arrive and discover conditions that are unsafe, unsanitary, or inappropriate for medical services, we may need to reschedule or decline treatment. Our goal is to provide exceptional care, but we also have to make sure the environment is safe for everyone involved.

What’s the easiest way to make sure my appointment goes smoothly?

* Have a comfortable place to sit.

* Secure any pets that may be reactive.

* Make sure we can access the treatment area.

* Keep the alligators, bears, and attack geese on a leash.

We’ll take care of the rest.

So what’s the real rule?

We don’t need your home to be Pinterest-perfect. We just need it to be safe enough that I can get from my car to your chair without needing a map, a machete, or a tetanus booster.

Life happens.

Kids are tiny tornadoes, pets shed on everything, and laundry has a way of multiplying overnight.

As long as the environment is safe, reasonably clean, and suitable for medical care, we’re happy to bring the hydration to you.

Basically, if it’s safer than driving on SR 200 at pretty much any time of day, we’re probably good to go. 😎
