Cancellation & Deposit Policy
At The Drip Club, we truly value your time and the care we put into every appointment. To ensure we can continue providing the best possible experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review and honor the following guidelines:
Cancellations with 48+ Hours Notice
We completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, simply let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we’ll be happy to:
• Transfer your $50 deposit in full toward any future appointment
• Help you find a new date and time that works best for you
Cancellations with Less Than 48 Hours Notice
When we receive a cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice, we are often unable to fill that appointment slot, which impacts our team and other clients on our waitlist. In these cases:
• The $50 deposit on file will be forfeited
• A $50 cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the card on file
Deposit Policy
A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments. Please note:
• Deposits are non-refundable
• With proper notice (48+ hours), your deposit is protected and can be applied to a future visit

MEMBERSHIP BOOKING & ATTENDANCE POLICY
To ensure availability and respect all members’ reserved time, The Drip Club enforces the following:
Use-It-or-Lose-It Policy
All membership services must be used within the billing period.Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of that service.That service will not be rescheduled, credited, or rolled over.
24-Hour Cancellation RequirementAppointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to show will be considered a used visit.
3-Strike Policy
To maintain fairness and scheduling integrity:
1st No-Show / Late Cancellation:
Courtesy warning
2nd No-Show / Late Cancellation:
$50 fee charged to the card on file
3rd No-Show / Late Cancellation: Membership subject to cancellation at The Drip Club’s discretion
Important Notes
A valid card on file is required for all memberships
Memberships are reserved for committed clients who respect scheduled appointment times
Repeated missed appointments limit availability for other members and will not be accommodated
